Globaner – Online Business Simulation Game

Globaner stands for “edutainment” in an industrial environment. The project simulates the world economy with thousands of businesses in a previously unknown complexity. For future clients this provides the possibility to train skills and knowledge “on the virtual job”. Applicants are students, employees, managers and strategic players. Although the online simulation is rich in details and professionally designed, embedding it into an game design ensures that learning can happen in a playful and entertaining manner. The globaner will be offered in 4 languages (German, English, Spanish, Chinese). The experiences made by users are recorded in an individual certificate. The applicant can use it e.g. for application documents. In turn, companies are given the possibility to specifically look for employees and make clearly defined selections.
